About Us

Kidogo Kids was established as a charity in 2019 by Alice Watson and her parents Nial and Hilary, who are all trustees. All of them have lived and worked throughout Africa. None of the trustees receive a salary from Kidogo Kids and all donations go directly to the projects and beneficiaries. All administrative expenses are covered personally by the trustees.

Our main aim is to support children and young people with the basic tools to create a better and brighter future for themselves. This can be in practical ways such as alleviating hunger, giving books and educational materials, providing basic sanitation and ensuring the safety of the vulnerable. We also give support and guidance to young adults, helping them to enter the workforce or pursue further training.
